fairly clean place with astonishing view of a castle in the distance. really yummy breakfast and fantastic food.

Really yummy breakfast with fresh baked pastries was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and best, as well as host. Quiet and absolutely perfect location close to the very centre, local bus stops, and gardens and countryside, I felt safe. It also was down the hill.

Everything is perfect here, had a wonderful stay on a road trip.

This was a marvellous location very close to a quiet, the nearest bus stop and other major attractions. Had a such great stay in September and would come here again.

It was about 10 km from the airport.

The breakfast at Sangaggio House B&B was absolutely delicious! They had a wide variety of pastries, meats, and cheeses to choose from, and it was the perfect start to our day. We also loved the cozy and comfortable bedrooms, they made us feel right at home. The owner was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this B&B to others.

A beautiful old house near the city center in a quiet residential street, with lovely classic rooms, delicious treats at breakfast, and the best of all a wonderful host! A good alternative to walking down to the center (15-20 minutes) and back up the hill are the bus and taxi (around €10-12).

The walk to the city was longer than I expected and up a steep hill on the return.

The couple that run the guest house are incredibly charming and welcoming.

I think this is probably symptomatic of being a guest house rather than a hotel and I havent stayed in a b&b for some years, but it isnt wildyl peaceful - there are people coming and going from early morning with doors slamming, talking outside the room. It's a busy little business, which is to their credit, but of course it is someone's home, so you hear everything, the children playing next door in the garden mean that you cant relax quietly in the garden etc

Sangaggio is a relaxed family owned and runned small business that has 6 rooms. The host (Familia) is very friendly and helpful and not only provided restaurant recommendations - which were outstanding, but was also very approachable. The setting is in the hilly side of Florence yet very close to the eart of florence. Thanks for a wonderful stay, will be back.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Situated on a hill, it provides breathtaking views of Florence's old town. The rooms are beautifully decorated and come with all modern amenities, including their own toilet. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable, providing excellent restaurant recommendations and going above and beyond to assist with ticket reservations. The breakfast served here is a true delight, with a variety of homemade cakes and pastries that are simply delicious.
